Marketing Manager Spain (m/f/d)
About the Role
To continue driving digital health protection and making useful, accessible prevention available to more pet-owning families, petolo Spain is expanding its team. We are looking for a full-time Spanish-speaking Marketing Manager Spain (40 hours per week) who wants to grow with us and be part of an expanding project.
Requirements
Your role in the team:
- Successfully scale our marketing mix to help us reach our top-line targets
- You will work on the following channels: Social Media, Influencers, B2B partnerships and Affiliate, with a strong focus on partnerships for the Spanish market
- Set up and optimise online campaigns, driving results through strategic thinking and based on data-driven insights
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across platforms to achieve goals and KPIs, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement
- Monitor and analyse campaign data, providing regular reports to stakeholders
- Daily outreach to platforms, partners, agencies, etc to increase our brand awareness and lead generation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in the Spanish market
- Support with exciting new initiatives if time allows: there are always more channels that could benefit from a little push
What you need to be successful:
- At least 3+ years of in-depth knowledge of social media, organic channels, influencers, affiliate marketing. B2B partnerships, and ideally even more
- Proven track record in influencer marketing, both direct and agencies - an existing portfolio is a big plus
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving
- Experience with Affiliate platforms, conversion tracking, and other related tools. Other platforms such as Native or Influencer tools are a plus
- Hands-on mentality, comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of meeting project deadlines
- Curious and eager to tackle new challenges depending on the weekly workload
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (C1-C2) and English (C1) is mandatory, both written and spoken. German is a plus
