Midlevel Designer (all genders)

Highsnobiety is looking for a Midlevel Designer to join the Creative team in Berlin , working across a mix of client, agency, and brand projects. This role is ideal for a designer who has strong fundamentals, is hungry to grow, and is excited to work across different formats, platforms, and creative challenges.

You will report to the VP Creative, Design, and work closely with senior designers, creative leads, and cross functional teams. You will support concept development and execution across digital, print, motion, and spatial touchpoints, while developing your own voice within the Highsnobiety visual universe.

YOUR MISSION:

• Support the design and execution of creative projects across client and agency work, with occasional involvement in brand led initiatives

• Translate creative direction into clear, well crafted design outputs across formats such as presentations, layouts, social assets, campaign visuals, and basic motion

• Develop strong layout and typographic systems under guidance from senior team members

• Support concept development through visual research, mood boards, references, and initial design explorations

• Prepare design files for presentation and production, ensuring accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, producers, and project managers

• Continuously build skills and visual literacy through hands on project work
  

YOUR SKILLS:

• 1-4 years of experience in a design role, internship, or equivalent freelance practice

• Strong foundational skills in layout and typography

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

• Working knowledge of Figma

• Basic motion skills are a plus

• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

• Agency experience is a plus
