🎯 The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes sports, understands the online gambling space, and knows what it means to create thumb-stopping content. You’ll be the voice of our brand across Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram etc, shaping how our community interacts with the brand every day.

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong sports & sports betting knowledge – you know the game, the odds, and the culture around it.

• Familiarity with gambling & casino games – you're already plugged into the world our players love.

• Bonus: Experience or understanding of crypto and how it intersects with online communities.

• Creative mindset – full of ideas for posts, memes, campaigns, and community engagement strategies.

• Platform fluency – especially Twitter, but also Reddit, Discord, and Telegram. You know what works where, and why.

• Player-first mentality – you treat the community with respect and authenticity and know how to speak their language.

• Collaborative approach – you're comfortable sketching out content ideas, giving direction to designers, and working across teams.

• Own and execute our social media strategy, primarily on Twitter but also across other key platforms.

• Engage with players in real-time, building community trust and loyalty.

• Work closely with designers and content teams to bring your creative ideas to life.

• Monitor trends, memes, and moments in the sports betting and crypto world – and jump on them fast.

• Drive organic reach, player engagement, and brand visibility.
