🎯 Your Mission

As the Product Manager for Gaming Mice and Mousepads, you will be the central hub for these product categories. You will own the entire product lifecycle, from the initial concept to the final "go-live" and beyond. Your mission is to deeply understand the needs of competitive gamers, analyze market trends, and work with our R&D teams to create products that not only compete but win in the high-stakes world of esports peripherals.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and champion the product roadmap for all Endgame Gear gaming mice and mousepads.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Be the company expert on the peripheral market. Continuously analyze competitors (features, pricing, positioning) and identify emerging technologies (sensors, switches, materials).
• Product Definition: Translate market insights, community feedback, and pro-player needs into detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and technical specifications.
• Lifecycle Management: Guide products from concept, through development with our engineering partners, to launch (NPI) and eventually to end-of-life (EOL).
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact between R&D, engineering (OEM/ODM partners), marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth development and launch process.
• Voice of the Customer: Systematically gather and analyze feedback from tech reviewers, professional esports players, and our core community (on platforms like Reddit, Discord, etc.) to inform product iterations and new concepts.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to define unique selling propositions (USPs), key messaging, and launch strategies for new products.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales data, market share, and customer reviews post-launch to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

👤 Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably with hardware, consumer electronics, or in the tech industry.
• A deep, personal passion for PC gaming and a thorough, expert-level understanding of the competitive gaming peripheral market. You must know your sensors, switches, shapes, and surfaces.* Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle for a hardware product.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand technical documentation and communicate effectively with engineers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience working with international teams and suppliers (especially in Asia) is a major asset.* Business fluency in English is mandatory.
