Your mission

We’re building a new kind of mortgage experience: transparent, digital, and truly customer-centric. We are a Berlin-based B2C Fintech founded by two repeat founders (YC alum, exit) with prior 10+ year careers in investment banking and strategy consulting. We recently raised investment to assemble a 30-person, exceptionally strong core team. Buying property (and financing it) is probably the biggest financial decision in someone’s life. It’s complicated, opaque and anxiety-laden.

About the Role: As our first dedicated Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind Navera’s growth. We’ve launched our MVP, and now it’s time to scale. You will own the entire paid funnel, from the first click to the completed mortgage application. This is a "build-from-scratch" opportunity where your work directly impacts our company's success.

Your profile

  • Experience : 5+ years in Performance Marketing in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally within Fintech, Proptech, or high-stakes Lead Generation. You’ve managed monthly budgets of at least €50k-€75k.
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta Business Suite. Strong command of Google Analytics 4 and Tag Manager. Further BI tools as Tableau or Power BI are a plus.
  • Analytical Rigor: You are a spreadsheet wizard. You understand the nuances between "cheap leads" and "converting leads" and optimize for the funnel.
  • Startup Mindset: You are a "doer" with a strong testing mindset. We don't have a massive agency to do the grunt work - you’ll be the one setting up the campaigns and writing the next iterations of ad copy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns with a heavy focus on Google Search (SEA) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Lead Generation Mastery: Focus on driving high-quality leads into our intuitive mortgage calculator while continuously improving our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Data & Tracking Ownership: You don't just look at data; you ensure its integrity - ensure a bulletproof tracking setup (GTM, GA4).
  • Continuous Testing: Design and run A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates (CRO).
  • Budget & Reporting: Manage our media budget with a founder's mindset. Provide clear, actionable reports on KPIs to the Head of Marketing.
To give you a clear picture of what success looks like when you start at Navera:

Month 1: Full audit of existing MVP campaigns and further development of a scalable tracking framework.
Month 2: Establishment of a stable "Baseline CPL" (Cost-per-Lead) and launch of the first 3 major A/B tests.
Month 3: Significant scaling of lead volume while maintaining lead quality and improving the lead-to-application ratio.
