Office Manager Minijob (all genders)

We are looking for an Office Manager on a Minijob contract 10h/week (all genders) to join our team at Outfittery! You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth office environment and managing our day-to-day office operations. While experience in office management is a plus, it's not required. We look forward to receiving your application.
Your main responsibilities:
- You'll be the friendly face and good soul of Outfittery, rocking our front desk.
- You'll manage our office, including ordering and stocking office supplies, coordinating with the cleaning company, etc.
- You'll independently handle administrative tasks
- You'll process incoming and outgoing mail.

- You are a talented organizer and aren't afraid of taking on responsibility.
- You are a proactive problem-solver and like to get things done independently.
- You keep a cool head under pressure and remain calm and friendly.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
