Trainer - SAP S/4HANA FICO - Immediate vacancy

As SAP People to Work training partner, we offer the SAP Tech Finance Consultant Program.

This innovative initiative aims to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the realm of SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting with Private Cloud & Project Management.

We are currently in search of a full-time Trainer , a crucial role focused on the delivery and teaching of the program, to ensure that our participants are fully equipped for prosperous careers as SAP Finance Consultants.

Tasks

• Train and support the students in their daily sessions.
• Craft engaging and interactive teaching materials, including slides, to support effective learning and mastery of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition - Financial Accounting..
• Engage in close collaboration with internal teams and our partner, SAP, to pinpoint precise educational needs and adapt teaching content and methods to meet these requirements.
• Regularly update and refine teaching materials to incorporate the latest developments and insights in SAP Finance technology, enhancing the educational value for students.
• Work in harmony with other teachers to provide a unified and enriching educational experience, guaranteeing a well-rounded learning journey for all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with expertise in Financial Accounting and proficiency in S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
• Proven track record as a trainer is a must.
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, preferably in the context of technology education.
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance modules within S/4HANA and familiarity with industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Strong team player, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Adaptive and responsive to feedback, with the ability to adapt to evolving program requirements.
