What to Expect

As a Culinary Operations Supporter (S3), you provide hands-on operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our food service ecosystem. You help keep operational touchpoints across the facility efficient, compliant, and aligned with quality standards. This practical role focuses on execution support, coordination, monitoring, and reliable stakeholder assistance.

What You’ll Do

Daily Operations & Quality Support

• Support the daily operations of the 4 canteens, Bar, food trucks, vending machines, and external Giga facilities/departments, including basic oversight of related equipment and machines
• Assist with routine quality checks to help verify that service delivery meets agreed standards and KPIs
• Monitor operational interruptions, service discrepancies, and performance deviations, report them promptly to the relevant leads
• Help respond to and resolve routine operational issues under guidance, contributing to minimized impact on employees and service continuity
• Assist in the execution of hospitality services, including monitoring supplier responsiveness and flagging issues for escalation when needed
• Support consumable consumption tracking and basic coordination
• Help maintain operational availability, managing tickets using internal systems and following up as directed
• Serve as a key support contact for external suppliers (canteen providers, food trucks, fruit distributors, vending operators, and hospitality services)
• Assist with supplier communications for consumables
• Provide operational support and information to suppliers/vendors for kitchen servicing and help prioritize routine or emergency repair requests under guidance
• Support a customer-oriented approach by helping monitor satisfaction, price-value perception, and service quality, report discrepancies in a timely manner
• Engage with customers via chats and digital channels to collect feedback (suggestions, complaints,compliments, ideas) and pass insights to the team
• Assist in compiling customer feedback and operational data into reports using KPIs, dashboards, and feedback tools
• Help coordinate and track repair requests, considering urgency and operational impact.
• Act as a point of contact for routine culinary-related queries from internal teams and external partners
• Provide operational support for catering requests, corporate events, and ad-hoc food service needs with professionalism and attention to detail

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in food service operations, catering support, or a related field
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations and health inspection processes
• Good supplier and stakeholder communication/coordination skills
• Comfortable working with basic KPIs, dashboards, and customer feedback tools
• Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with frontline workers, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Well-organized with solid multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
• Practical technical literacy regarding kitchen and food service equipment maintenance
