Your profile

• A strong foundation in cloud platforms, ideally AWS, forms the backbone of your daily work 
• Infrastructure as Code is second nature, with tools like Terraform used to shape and evolve environments with confidence 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment approaches like GitOps brings a natural flow to how software reaches production 
• A deep sense of ownership ensures that what is built is also cared for, maintained, and continuously improved 
• Collaboration feels effortless, with close partnerships across development teams creating better solutions together 
• A thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset paired with genuine curiosity drives continuous learning and growth — with German language skills as a welcome plus for closer collaboration.

Our interview process is designed to be simple, personal, and a little bit fun — so we can get to know each other naturally.

It kicks off with a short, relaxed phone chat (about 15–20 minutes) — just enough to exchange first impressions and spark curiosity. Next, you’ll hop on a video call via MS Teams with someone from the team, where you can dive deeper, ask questions, and see how we collaborate day-to-day.

The final step is the most exciting: we invite you to our office! Here, you’ll try a small, hands-on case study — don’t worry, it’s not a test, just a playful way for us to show how we work and for you to get a real feel of our world.

Finally, we’ll make a decision promptly — openly, thoughtfully, and with a smile.
