German Speaking Customer Service Agent For Booking.com - Work In Greece
Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the renowned team at Booking.com. This position allows you to work in beautiful Greece, where you'll assist customers while enjoying a vibrant work environment. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to German-speaking clients, ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
- Provide clear, accurate information about accommodations, policies, and available deals to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, working diligently to achieve positive outcomes.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience continuously.
- Stay informed about new features, promotions, and trends in the travel industry to provide informed support to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Able to handle challenges with poise and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable travel experiences.
