Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services.
• Provide clear, accurate information about accommodations, policies, and available deals to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, working diligently to achieve positive outcomes.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience continuously.
• Stay informed about new features, promotions, and trends in the travel industry to provide informed support to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Able to handle challenges with poise and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
