Your Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class organisation
• Recruit, develop and motivate exceptional teams
• Define and execute strategies across all functions
• Drive growth and take full P&L and operational responsibility
• Act as a sparring partner to existing management or assume full leadership, depending on the stage

Requirements

What We Expect From You

• Proven leadership and ownership mindset from day one
• Willingness to dive into all aspects of the business (Sales, Operations, Tech, etc.)
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Ambition, humility, and passion for building companies and people
• Curiosity and drive for continuous learning & optimisation
• Degree with excellent results (Bachelor or Master, MBA a plus)
• Fluent German (C1) required; strong English skills advantageous
• 3–7 years experience in top-tier consulting, investment banking, startups or scale-ups
