As a Working Student in Retail Marketing, you’ll support our Retail Marketing team in bringing our brands to life across major German retailers such as dm, Rossmann, Müller, and Douglas . You’ll work closely with the team to prepare campaigns, analyze performance, and make sure our products stand out on the shelves.

Aufgaben

What will you do?

• Support market and competitor analysis – gather insights on trends, promotions, and category performance in retail.
• Assist in sales and listing data maintenance (Excel-based) and preparation of reports for internal and external partners.
• Help coordinate promotion and campaign activities for product launches and seasonal activations.
• Prepare and adapt presentation and listing materials for retail partners.
• Collaborate with our Key Account and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of in-store and online activities.
• Contribute creative ideas for brand activation at the point of sale (POS) and support in developing visual materials.

Qualifikation

You’ll be great if you -

• Are currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, or Communication program at a university in Germany.
• Are passionate about retail, beauty, and consumer trends, with previous experience in Marketing in a similar industry.
• Have knowlegde of traditional and digital marketing tools, with experience with research methods using data analysis software
• Proficient in German and have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
