What you'll build

As a Working Student in our innovation team, you will support how we communicate, promote, and grow engagement around our innovation platform. You will help prepare clear, simple messages that explain new ideas, share product updates, and make it easy for customers and internal teams to understand the value we create.

You will contribute to marketing and customer acquisition activities by preparing event content, supporting customer onboarding, creating slides and promotional materials, and helping us run small-scale campaigns. You will collect and structure customer feedback, help us understand what resonates, and bring these insights back into the innovation process. Your work will help us communicate with clarity, reach the right audiences, and build stronger visibility for our platform.

What you bring

 

• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Ability to prepare clear slides, structured documentation, and concise marketing messages
• Interest in marketing, customer engagement, and event support
• Comfortable communicating with customers, guiding them through onboarding steps, and promoting new features
• Organized working style with attention to detail
• Curiosity about digital products, innovation, or product management
• Confidence to interact with different stakeholders and adapt your communication to their needs

We are the innovation team at SAP Signavio. Our mission is to de-risk ideas and create value by exploring opportunities beyond the current roadmap. We test ideas methodically for desirability, viability, and feasibility, and promote them from concept to delivery. Alongside this, we support the organization with market insights, knowledge sharing, and project facilitation.

We invest heavily in developing talent and fostering a growth mindset, preparing ambitious young professionals for bigger challenges across SAP Signavio. In this role, you will be part of a team that values learning, collaboration, and impact - working every day to shape how innovation is communicated and understood.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
