We are looking for a Marketing Intern to support our growing business. Running campaigns, creating content, and helping more pet parents discover the care their dogs and cats deserve.

Berlin

• Please be aware that this position is office-based, with a minimum of two days per week onsite. Kindly note that relocation support is not offered for this role.
• The role caters to the German speaking customers therefore fluent German is a must have.

Tasks

Intro to the role in brief

You will work closely with our Brand Marketing Manager and Growth Team to bring the Lassie brand to life across multiple channels. As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media, influencer marketing, and community management while contributing to real campaigns and projects.

At Lassie, we believe in learning by doing. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, share your ideas, and develop practical marketing skills in a fast-growing startup environment where creativity, curiosity, and initiative are highly valued.

In this role, you will:

• Create engaging content for our social media, app, website, etc.
• Do community management and interact with our followers
• Influencer & content marketing
• Assist with other marketing activities such as e-mail marketing, PR, SEO, podcasts, etc.

Requirements

• Is currently studying or has a degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar
• Is interested in startups and thrives when working in an upbeat environment
• Is fluent in German & English both. (must-have)
• Is well-structured and accurate when performing tasks
• Is social, creative, and loves teamwork
• Preferably has some experience working with essential marketing tools such as Canva, Google Sheets, Indesign, etc.
