As a Founder Associate Intern, you will play a pivotal role as one of Tekkr's early employees, contributing to building the company from the ground up. You will have the exciting opportunity to join a customer-oriented tech startup, collaborate closely with the founder (Philipp Römer, former VP of Product at the successful tech unicorn forto), and contribute to shaping the company's culture, product, and vision in a unique way. Since we are early-stage, you will wear many hats, engage customers, dive into product development and operations, iterate and repeat :)

Tasks

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping Tekkr’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You’ll work directly with the founding team to refine our positioning, craft content that resonates with startup leaders, and run experiments to find repeatable go-to-market motions. We learn super-fast, iterate very quickly and need your help to experiment our way to a repeatable GTM strategy.

In particular, you'll shape Tekkr’s early GTM strategy, from positioning to outreach

• Craft high-quality content: case studies, founder posts, videos, and white papers
• Drive personalized outreach to top-tier startup founders and VCs
• Build credibility by amplifying success stories with our early customers
• Track and analyze campaign performance to inform future GTM decisions

Requirements

Bachelor or Master's degree in business (or related). Submit your grades with your application.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and experimental mindset – comfort with data and iteration
• Previous experience at early-stage startups, VCs, or high-growth environments
• Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter, creative problem solver, thrives in ambiguity
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate (we’re building a local team first)
• Full professional proficiency in English, German is a strong plus
• European work permit required

You will work directly with the founder Philipp Römer who was previously VP product at Forto where he drove >60x revenue growth since 2018, the journey from 80 to >850 forties and the milestone of 2bn$ valuation as part of Forto's top management team. He led 2x growth of the tech team and 3x growth of the product team since 2019. Owned company (tech) prioritization including tech budgeting (> 8 digits). Philipp likes hiking, cooking, eating, while trying (!) to stay fit.
