Fullstack Software Engineer (Mid-Level, part-time)

Coopsaas is building the next-generation SaaS platform for startup scouting and innovation management. We help organizations to systematically discover, evaluate, and collaborate with startups and technology partners. Coopsaas is operated by Ambi-Vation GmbH.

Tasks

Design, implement, and deliver both backend and frontend features for our SaaS platform

• Build and secure APIs and work with various databases
• Develop user-facing features using React and TypeScript, with attention to UI/UX
• Collaborate with the team to understand customer needs and deliver real value
• Write clean, simple, and maintainable code
• Work with cloud services (preferably AWS) and infrastructure as code
• Extend existing web crawling functionality
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, or tools

Requirements

You have 2+ years of experience as a fullstack software engineer or similar

• You have strong knowledge of API development (GraphQL/REST) and SQL (Postgres)
• You are experienced with React and TypeScript, and CSS/Tailwind
• You have worked with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure as code (AWS CDK or Terraform)
• Ideally, you have experience with Go or another backend language
• Bonus: Elasticsearch / Opensearch
• You have a strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, learn new technologies quickly, and solve problems resourcefully
• You are proactive, structured, and work independently and result-oriented
• You use AI tools to boost your productivity but always own your code
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus)
