CRM & Automation Manager

AUFGABEN

We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to engineer our customer lifecycle, retention, and repeat-purchase strategies. You will build and scale automated cross-channel workflows, optimize customer lifetime value (LTV), and leverage complex data segmentation to deliver hyper-personalized experiences.

What You'll Do

• Lifecycle Architecture: Design, build, and optimize automated CRM journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push notifications.
• Tech & Automation Orchestration: Manage and scale our CRM stack (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Braze, or similar), integrating customer data platforms (CDP) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify/custom stack) via APIs and webhook triggers.
• Data & Segmentation: Analyze customer buying habits, cohort retention, and churn rates to build advanced RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) dynamic audience segments.
• Experimentation: Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, send-times, content logic, dynamic personalization, and offer structures to maximize open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Localization: Adapt and execute localized retention strategies across our primary markets

QUALIFIKATION

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation within high-volume e-commerce or D2C spaces.
• Tech-Fluent & Analytical: Deep knowledge of CRM platform architecture, liquid syntax/dynamic content variables, event-based triggering, and tracking/data hygiene.
• Data Driven: Proven track record of leveraging cohort analysis and customer data to directly increase repurchase rate and LTV.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in English, combined mother-tongue skills in at least one of the following: German, French, or Italian.
• Customer Centricity: Strong intuition for D2C beauty/lifestyle positioning paired with systematic execution.
