Senior Growth Analyst - Marketing (m/f/d)

As a Senior Growth Analyst you'll work at the intersection of our MARKETING and DATA teams, becoming the analytical engine that takes our marketing to the next level. We're looking for a curious, driven analytics professional who will join us with a similar mindset. We believe in doing marketing analytics differently, moving beyond basic reporting to build fast, flexible processes that give us an edge.

Your role in a team:

• Own and further develop the marketing analytics infrastructure end-to-end, from data models and dashboards to reporting frameworks
• Bridge data and marketing teams by steering technical projects, identifying improvements, and enhancing analytics capabilities
• Drive KPI performance and optimization strategies across seven-figure monthly budgets
• Uncover actionable growth insights through deep analytical work
• Enable the marketing team through analytics education and cross-functional partnership

What you need to be successful:

• 5+ years in dynamic growth/marketing analytics roles - preferably in a scale-up
• Good all-round understanding of the modern marketing tool stack
• Track record of using marketing analytics to impact growth in B2C subscriptino businesses
• Strong data skills, both in SQL /BI tools (e.g. Metabase , Looker, Superset) and with Web-tracking tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Posthog , Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Hands-on experience with client- and server-side tracking setup and analysis
• Solid understanding of attribution modeling and attribution methodologies
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with marketing mix modeling results to drive growth decisions
• Exposure to dbt - Fluent German is a plus
